With refined arguments, grounded on cutting-edge academic research, my peers and professors in CIR forced me to revise the way I looked at the world. I focused my second-year studies on International Political Economy, learning from renowned scholars and professionals in diverse fields—from International Law to Economics to Political Theory. The University of Chicago opened an array of possibilities for my professional future, either inside or outside the academy, and I am now prepared to exploit these possibilities. My two years in CIR were a sine qua non for my personal development!
